About Van’s RV-10

The Van’s RV10 is a 4 seat aircraft that can be built by anyone with a bunch of tools and a whole bunch of money. While they can be built in an area as small as a one car garage, I will not be doing that. I am fortunate enough to have a warehouse with some space that is not being used, so I will be using that. Most people will build theirs in their garage. The kit comes in several parts the Empennage (Tail), Wings, Fuselage, & Finishing kit. The engine, prop, and avionics must be sourced separately. The anticipated build time will be anywhere from 2,000 to 2,500 hours.
